More and more I am coming to the conclusion that while the inner game of golf may be the most important, certainly golf fitness as well as golf skills are also important. Here are a few of the products that I have found useful to enhance my golf fitness (and I certainly have a long way to go)… 😉

Bottom line, I’m a strong believer in yoga for flexibility and strength. I think that The Golf Channel’s Katherine Roberts is one of the best out there in terms of bringing golf and yoga together to create the physical awareness that I think is needed for powerful golf fitness. The Golf Gym below is a great way to develop strength and awareness in the right muscles, and “Get Yourself in Golf Shape” is an excellent new golf fitness book. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of these products.
