		<description>Hey Jon, those creeping negative awful names we end up calling ourselves after a slice or putting it in a bush, have been there many times before and it&#039;s even worse when starting off great and then half way around the course, things go to pot. I started reading some books, listening to a Paul Mckenna CD which really helped me overcome these triggers, how to stay focused and not beat up myself. These sort of self-help, performance techniques do actually come in real handy.
